sticky toffee pudding cupcakes! ❤️😍 @whittarduk sent me some of their new hauntingly good products to try out, and bake something delicious with. i decided on sticky toffee pudding cupcakes because hello heaven. on the side i had some chocolate popcorn loose leaf tea which is also, incredible. make sure to check out their new range! #ad #whittardofchelsea #terrifyinglytasty #hauntinglygood recipe makes 12 ★ cupcakes ★ 150g unsalted butter 150g caster sugar 150g self raising flour 3 medium eggs 50g sticky toffee pudding hot chocolate ★ frosting ★ 150g unsalted butter 300g icing sugar 35g sticky toffee pudding hot chocolate ★ decoration ★ toffee sauce spooky marshmallows ★ method ★ - preheat your oven to 180c (160c fan) and get your cupcake cases ready. - beat together your butter and sugar until light & fluffy - mix in the flour, eggs and hot chocolate. bake in the oven for 18-21 minutes. leave to cool. - beat your butter until supple, and then add the icing sugar and hot chocolate and beat all three together until light, fluffy and delicious. - decorate your cupcakes how you fancy! i did a toffee drizzle, and used a pumpkin marshmallow!
